The Trust Celebratory Awards reflect the huge diversity of what you do, day in and day out, to support and care for our local communities.

This is your opportunity to nominate and celebrate the outstanding dedication and commitment of your colleagues and their teams, and the truly wonderful work that they do every day across so many services in our hospitals and the wider community to support our patients and their families.

We have an array of award categories, including some new ones, showcasing how you are achieving our vision – to provide excellent care for our communities we serve – and living and breathing our values – Partnering, Ambitious, Caring and Trusted.

This year the awards ceremony will be in person, so all finalists will be able to celebrate together at The Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort on Friday 15 November.
